They as quick to get down and fix my springs however about double the price as other garage service. We was able to wait the week for the other company. The other company was $385 to replace two springs this company was $785.

Service is superior! Called mid-afternoon on a Friday and Stephen arrived only a couple hours later to fix my broken garage door. He was awesome! Very friendly and personable! Went above and beyond! We had dinner reservations and had planned a date night for the first time in years and he was able to get the job done with plenty of time to spare to get to the restaurant. I don't typically leave reviews but Stephen and Precision Door deserved one! Job well done!

Precision came to fix my garage door because the light in my garage door opener stopped working and the door itself had not been right since I moved in. They came, listen to me, and when they heard about the light in the opener, that’s when they zeroed in on everything. Except for the door and the rails, I think everything else is new and it works like a charm! I am so happy with everything they did, I no longer see daylight inside the garage! It was a job well done and I’m sorry I waited so long.

Awesome service! Our garage door broke on Sunday and I had called another place which they wanted a huge service fee just to come out. I called Precision and from the gal who answered the phone until the time the technician arrived I had nothing but great service from phone calls to text and emails with communication on when the technician would be at our house. I called Precision Door for help with my Liftmaster and the MYQ app. It takes 2 people to sync the process. Stephen Zerkel was the assigned technician. He called me prior to arrival and changed a light bulb on the Liftmaster but had never worked with the App. I lost the app and my opener secondary to a city wide outage of power. I could not retrieve the app and Stephen offered me many suggestions. When we were unable to accomplish it he stated he would call his boss for help. He and I decided to keep trying different approaches and then were successful. His willingness to pursue the problem despite no experience was a definite plus for me. He was kind and courteous and definitely a fine representative of the company. He should not only be given a pay raise but also a promotion for his persistence in solving the problem that he was not prepared for.

My wife called Precision to come look at what was wrong with our garage door. We found them online and they were immediately responsive and came out the next day. Was given an 8am-10am window and was surprised when Stephen Z showed up right around 8AM after getting a text that he was on his way. Stephen diagnosed the problem fast and explained both the problem and the solution quickly and easily and at a level I would understand. I say that because Stephen is an expert at what he does but explained the issue in a way I would understand without talking down to me (I've had that happen with repairs before). The price for repairs were honestly less then what I would've expected and having Stephen at my house didn't feel like a hassle.
