I was able to make a same-day appointment to get my Overhead Door opening system repaired after it was damaged. Stephen was actually able to arrive earlier than the appointment time (after he called to ensure that was ok) and was incredible knowledgeable and professional. Right before the new year i knew everyone was going to be busy. Called my usual company and told them the spring was broken. they came out the next day and charged me $69.00 to confirm that the spring was broken. then informed that they might get a spring in four to six weeks. Called Precision and they confirmed their trucks had springs so they scheduled the next day. really busy and through with their work they told me they were running behind and asked to come the next day. Stephen Zerkel arrived within the time frame promised and did a total check of my door and tracks. Made his recommendation and cost estimate and i accepted and he got right to work. i will in the future call Precision first and will recommend Precision to any of my neighbors in the future.
