Amazing service! I called precision because they offered same day service without the extra charge. The technician, Zeke, arrived less than 2 hours after I called. He was very friendly and courteous and diagnosed the problems right away. The quote was reasonable but more than I wanted to pay out of pocket since I'm renting. Zeke was patient while I got approval from the property manager and then went to work right away. Replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers in just over an hour. I will definitely be using Precision in the future if I need any garage door work.

I've seldom dealt with a company that's been more accommodating than Precision Garage Door. My phone rep was respectful and flexible in meeting my schedule. I was also fortunate enough to have had Mr. Stephen Zerkel as my service technician. Stephen evaluated my current issue then presented me with his recommendations. Stephen was on-time, thorough, effective and listened to me describe my initial service needs. His repairs were clean, rapid and results oriented. He didn't try to upsell me, rather, he provided options that may be needed in the future. I've have always used the "other" well known company for installation and repairs in the past. No longer. Precision is now my "go-to" garage door company. Well done Stephen!

Initially I gave a positive review, but I feel compelled to change it. I paid approximately $600 for a “temporary fix” until a new door is installed. My door has been intermittently getting stuck for well over a month now. I was told that the door would arrive at the end of February for an install in March. I asked for a status which went ignored for several days. I was told by Mitch that I could not cancel the order now. I can’t wait until March to have an operating door. I can’t keep having technicians come out to adjust the spring (it has already been worked on twice). I feel ripped off and will be reporting to the BBB if this matter is not resolved ASAP. I got an estimate from a competitor that can install a new door for less, and I won’t have to wait another month for results!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I called them at 9 am on a Sunday morning and they had a guy out there at 11 ! He saw that my door had simply popped out of track and fixed in about 30 seconds and made sure I knew how to fix if happens again...only a very reasonable trip charge. Would HIGHLY recommend !!!
