Our car nicked right side door seal while backing out. Precision Garage Door company came by to replace the broken seal. Service tech also noticed some loose rail bolts which he tightened, lubricated both garage doors, and adjusted light sensors without charge due to warranty. I am impressed with the quickness and detail that got our garage doors working the way they should. The insulated doors have kept our garage above 50 degrees so far this winter. Have called Precision three times and all have ended in success. Most recent, I needed to have the entire door opener replaced. I needed it ASAP. Fortunately, a repairman was in the area and could respond in an hour. I got the best of the three service men and he installed what I needed in less than an hour and a half. It works great and actually sounds better that most. Thankfully, they always have needed parts on the truck. Second time that has happened. Last time they had the rollers for my older door and fixed it the same day. I will not call any other company and I door recommend them to my friends.
