Called me back within 30 minutes. Scheduled repair for the same day. Jason arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Suggested a better type of lubricant (I had been using WD40). I could not have been more satisfied with the speed and quality of the service.

We had a rude awakening this morning. The garage door spring broke. Change vehicles because my car is now locked in the garage.Get to work and call precision because I remember seeing a commercial that said they have trucks loaded with the repair parts. Get the appointment made for 10-12 time line, I later got a call from Mitch saying he’s ahead of schedule and he will be there at 9:30. He gave us 3 potential options to work with. He was done in a little over hour and gotta say he was awesome to deal with. We would use precision again for sure! Thank you for the great response time! Rob and Sharon
